Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cleaner at TRYP by Wyndham Southport Gold Coast, located in Southport, QLD.

The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Daily tasks will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, sanitizing bathrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash bins, and reporting any maintenance issues. The Cleaner will also ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly, following hotel policies and health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Experience in cleaning and housekeeping
  • Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards
