As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven B2B ICT Sales Specialist who thrives on building relationships, achieving targets, and bringing genuine value to local businesses.

**About the Role**

Based in Shepparton, this on site role is all about driving business growth across our Managed IT and ICT service offerings.

You’ll identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and help clients modernise their technology environments.

You’ll have clear KPIs, strong internal support, and the freedom to grow your client base your way — with honesty, integrity, and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive new business growth in Managed IT and related ICT services
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships within the B2B space
- Identify opportunities for technology upgrades, cybersecurity, cloud, and phone systems
- Manage your sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals
- Collaborate with our technical team to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs
- Represent Tech Barn ICT with professionalism and authenticity
