About the Role
The role includes enrolment services for Brisbane Youth Education and Training Centre in addition to sub campuses as required, working closely with the leadership team providing a high level of support to meet the demands of the front office. In addition to the duties in the role description, responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited, to the following;
- Enrolments, exits and transfers - all campuses
- Student data maintenance and upload
- School mail
- Yellow forms
- Administrative support regarding student movements and properties
- DCOIS (Youth Justice computer system) entries and management
- Maintenance requests
- Preparing and distributing learning resources for students
- SharePoint maintenance
- Reception duties
- Stationery and paper orders
- Passtab management
- Organise first aid training
- Staff detail data management
- Mandatory training data management
- First aid kits maintenance
About You
- Front Office experience in a school environment
- The ability to think logically and problem solve
- Proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure and to manage shifting priorities and interruptions in a fast-paced office environment
- Strong organisational, time management skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- High-level customer service and professionalism
- Dedicated team player that contributes collaboratively and positively with all team members
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and continue refining and developing processes
- Provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary
