**Training Officer**

We are looking for an experienced Trainer to join this large and well known WA organisation and assist with the development and delivery of training materials. You will be required to develop this training in a variety of formats.

Our client is going through significant changes across the business so it is important you have experience in providing training for the implementation of a new system. The workforce is large here so the preference is that you have dealt with sizable training groups.

**More about the role;**
- Design and implement business process training programs, user guides, materials and communications
- Deliver training programs in a variety of formats including presentations, online, one to one and group training sessions
- Liaise with stakeholder groups to ensure identified training needs are met and understood
- Measure and assess training success and aim to continuously improve
- Ensure user support areas are appropriately training to manage enquiries post delivery for all employee groups

This is a **contract role** for an initial period of **9 months** and would love it if you are **available immediately**.

**About you;**
- Degree qualified with relevant experience in education & training
- Experience developing and designing training for a system implementation
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver accurate, concise and engaging training
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Experience designing engaging and customised end user learning material using a blended learning approach
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
