**ABOUT THE ROLE- Pricing Coordinator**

The Pricing Coordinator is an integral role within the Sales Department. This position will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Department.
- Provide quotations to regular and new businesses
- Communicating with customers before, during and after sales process
- Ensuring customer relationships are maintained
- Liaising with PFS offices, agents, contractors, third parties and clients in Australia and overseas
- Manage enquiries from customers
- Follow up on quotes utilising the quotes register
- Ensuring customer contact details are accurate and current along with the recording of all relevant information
- Liaise with various departments within the business

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED**
- Previous experience working for a shipping / freight forwarding company
- Pricing Coordinator experience
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Oil and Gas operations
- Strong customer service abilities
- Knowledge of general freight forwarding, break bulk, heavy lift, over dimensional and special project cargoes
- Positive and professional attitude
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Analytical thinker with the ability to collate data for reporting purposes
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
