**JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE PLANNER**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaise with the offshore Maintenance Supervisor and Scheduler to complete Weekly after-action reviews & schedule summary reports and log into SharePoint.
- Stage regular PM/PMA Work Orders into Maximo and align with their cycles.
- Keep an eye on the roster and update the Integrated Asset Plan histogram with any changes.
- Process AIRS requests and update the meeting mins.

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Experience in in Engineering, Maintenance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in an industrial environment (preferably offshore, oil and gas, or similar sectors).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems).
- Familiarity with offshore operations and the challenges related to asset management and remote support.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and operational procedures.
