**The Role**
As a Learning Designer, you are responsible for working with the Education team to create engaging non-accredited learning experiences for all roles within the business, ensuring that learning outcomes are met through the development of eLearning, workshops, and learning activities.

This is a permanent, full-time role located in Richmond, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with a split of 60% office based, and 40% work from home.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build appropriate non-accredited programs, tools, and assessment strategies, including blending learning programs, online learning, and face to face workshops for employees
- Review existing training materials periodically to ensure they are complete, accurate, and align with business values
- Manage relationships and consult with stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning programs
- Facilitate training in a face to face/workshop capacity where required
- Ensure that there is adequate data built into learning programs that captures completion, assessment outcomes and satisfaction levels of the learner
- Sound learning design skills, ideally with experience within the hospitality, retail, event, leisure, or equivalent industry
- Strong working knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent
- Proficiency with SCORM, Graphic editing software, storyboarding, video editing and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Facilitation skills (desirable)
