**About the Role**

Based in Sydney，Melbourne or Brisbane, this role will support our **Planning & Logistics** Team. A System Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth integration and functionality. This position involves supporting project management activities、helping the Logistics Manager compile and document business requirements、supporting UAT processes、assisting in testing systems. etc.

**Key requirements**:

- Assist with new system-related projects from design through implementation, help ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
- Support project management activities by tracking timelines, coordinating tasks with stakeholders, scheduling meetings, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with your manager to define and manage project timelines, ensuring timely follow-ups with key stakeholders.
- Help the Logistics Manager compile and document business requirements, track changes, and ensure requirements are accurately captured.
- Assist in testing systems against business requirements and ensure all items are tested. Report any deviations accurately and promptly.
- Support UAT processes to ensure all requirements are tested and met, and assist in addressing any issues.
- Work with system providers to develop user-friendly documentation and organize training sessions to ensure stakeholders are proficient with the new system.
- Serve as a super user for relevant logistics systems, providing training and support to both internal and external users.
- Assist the Logistics Manager in designing and producing reports and dashboards for business needs. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports as required.
- d-Hoc Logistics Tasks: Handle additional logistics tasks as needed, including troubleshooting operational issues, supporting special projects, and assisting with process improvements.
