**About the role at Dyson**
As the Performance Media Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of paid search and shopping campaigns across the ANZ business, including planning, budget management, platform implementation, optimisation and reporting.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
- Market and Customer Research - Conducts research into relevant trends, industries, markets and customers to develop informed sales strategies
- Paid Social - Analyze and optimize targeted advertising on social platforms to reach specific audiences
