We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales goals and profitability targets.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including displays of ceramic, porcelain, mosaic, large format, and decorative tiles.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products like bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor tiles.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and set goals for staff.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Ensure all customers receive outstanding service and have a positive shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, especially for high-demand products like slip-resistant and marble tiles.
- **Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional activities for different tile categories.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Financial Management**:

- Prepare and manage the store budget.
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales and expenses.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
