Your primary responsibility will be to ensure **Stratco’s** operational requirements are enabled through reliable and well-managed networking and infrastructure technology platforms. This role will serve as a member of the IT Leadership Team and collaborate with other members of the IT function to ensure the successful delivery of all IT services across the organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop, co-own and continually update the Stratco Network and Infrastructure roadmap
- Mobilise projects in alignment with Network and Infrastructure roadmap ensuring appropriate Project Management and resource allocation is in place
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to analyse requirements and define fit-for-purpose networking and/or infrastructure solution designs
- Evaluate new technologies and develop recommendations
- Provide architectural governance over technology infrastructure
- Proactively manage and maintain the APAC Stratco WAN/LAN and infrastructure environment across a broad suite of technologies
- Provide high quality and timely L2/L3 network and infrastructure related support services
- Manage external vendors and support partners to ensure service efficiency
- Maximise infrastructure performance and security through ongoing monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist with IT strategy development and execution
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management to a team of IT professionals across a variety of technologies

**Skills, Experience & Attributes**:

- Bachelor Degree in a relevant IT discipline or proven relevant experience is mandatory
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a large-scale network and infrastructure landscape (ideally across a national or multi-national environment)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in developing effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Proven experience in identifying and driving process and technology improvements
- At least 3 years proven people management experience
- Experience supporting a 24x7 business
- Proven relevant experience working with external vendors and support partners
- Experience in an organisation with mature IT Service Management policies and processes
- Experience in defining and driving strategic roadmaps highly preferred
- ITIL knowledge is mandatory - ITIL certification is preferred
- Self-motivated, well organised, and with an ability to calmly manage a dynamic environment
- Experience with retail and/or manufacturing organisations highly regarded
