We seek a committed, hands-on, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor who leads by example. This position is responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily warehouse operations while leading and coaching the Warehouse Team Leader and Store persons to ensure that company and customer requirements are met.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead Warehouse Team Leaders in their daily activities and longer-term career development
- Assist with staff recruitment and conduct performance evaluation in consultation with the Distribution Centre Manager
- Ensure all daily operations utilise standardised processes and procedures.
- Prepare and prioritise work for efficient and effective operations.
- Ensure that OHS & E standards are maintained
- Coordinate, oversee, and supervise inbound and outbound operation.

**Must have**:

- Min 2 years of experience within a warehousing environment in a similar supervisory role
- Experience in being responsible for inventory management (cycle counting/stocktaking) and maintaining inventory records
- Experience in a similar environment involving high-volume carton/pallet order picking
- Experience managing processes within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- The desire for future growth and development
- Current Forklift License and Certificate III in Warehouse and Logistics or related discipline
- Demonstrate a positive work attitude with excellent team player skills.
