**Join Our Team As a....**

Reporting to the Group Business Director, the Account Manager is responsible for maximising revenue for FOXTEL MEDIA partners across a wide portfolio of channels. The Account Manager is required to develop and service relationships with Media agencies, and key clients to provide strategic and creative sales opportunities across FOXTEL MEDIA channels, platforms and sites.
- Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter; including personal targets, team targets and channel targets.
- High level of market presence (including face to face meetings) to build and nurture relationships with media agencies and clients to ensure each parties objectives are achieved
- Proactively develop timely and relevant briefs with new, creative and sellable ideas.
- Acquire new advertisers and retain existing advertisers.
- Demonstrate teamwork by working effectively and liaising with internal departments as well as external parties.
- Assist in effectively managing a coordinator by monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, providing feedback for performance reviews and planning and executing formal and informal training.
- Ensure booking schedules are accurate and oversee campaign delivery and post analysis.
- Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs.
- Track revenue against targets.

**Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For**
- 2-4 years’ experience working within media industry (agency, marketing or sales)
- With 2 years’ experience working in sales team (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Ability to present to individuals and groups and construct excellent documentation supporting responses to brief and proactive proposals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both externally and internally
