As the Account Manager, you will lead on media recommendations, holistic implementation planning, as well as client delivery, while mentoring and working alongside a team of executives and coordinators. You stand at the forefront of representing the agency’s briefs and values, inspiring others to do the same.
Working on a multi-million dollar entertainment client, you will oversee the planning through to execution of market first campaigns across both offline and online mediums, including TV, OOH, Radio, Activations, Events, Digital and Social Media.
**Key Outputs**:
- Responsible for preparing implementation planning responses, ensuring the plans reflect the client business needs and media environment which maximise return on investment
- Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions
- Prepare all relevant Media owner briefs
- Promote the agencies specialist services and research initiatives
- Participate in new business initiatives and build the agencies reputation with the media in line with our positioning, beliefs and values
- Ensure that clients are informed on general media industry topics which may affect their business
- Anticipate client needs, building long term relationships. Proactively drives the relationship with clients
**Skills and Experience**:
- 3-4 years’ experience from a media agency, advertising, or publishing background
- Solid understanding of traditional and digital media channels, and audience trends
- Strategic thinker who has excellent client relationship skills
- High level of attention to detail and aptitude to ensure accuracy across all tasks
- Ability to be flexible and agile to adjust to changing media landscape as well as team, media and client demands.

- Participated in new business pitches and RFPs
- Analytically minded with strong interpersonal skills to solve problems and deliver outcomes
