- **About the Role**:_

Sydney based, we are seeking Trainers/Assessors to join our team in our **Diploma of Community Services**, to start ASAP.
- **Skills and Experience**:_

Essential:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Current Vocational competencies to the level of qualification and in the units being delivered.
- Industry experience within the last two (2) years in specific vocational area of teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Understand students' needs and passionate about supporting students
- Proof of Professional Development in the fields of knowledge and practice of vocational training, and learning and assessment, including competency-based training and assessment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a VET trainer/assessor
- VET Qualifications in the required field
- Sound knowledge of NVR for RTOs
- Ability to teach and engage International Students
- Must be eligible to work in Australia
