- CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC52021 Diploma of Community Services

We have an opportunity for a passionate trainer to join our team on a contract/casual/part-time basis with the potential for ongoing full-time employment.

As a trainer/assessor, you will be responsible for training and assessing overseas students enrolled in the relevant scope, as well as contributing to the improvement of training and assessment materials used within the facilities.

Key Accountabilities:

- Conduct assessments using standard assessment tools.
- Facilitate training for groups, individuals, or classes, catering to a range of learners.
- Maintain all student records and competencies, ensuring a high standard of student support in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Establish, develop, and maintain effective relationships with students.

Essential criteria
- Certificate III or above in Individual support
- Certificate IV or above in Ageing Support
- Diploma or above in Community Services
- Hold a TAE40116 or equivalent
- Current relevant experience in Ageing, disability or community services
- At least one year of experience as a trainer/assessor in the VET sector (CRICOS)

Desirable criteria:

- Be a registered Nurse
- Holding ABN
- Working with children’s Check
- Police check
- Reference check
