We are currently searching for a Customer Care Assistant to join the team at our beautiful head office based in Alexandria. This role is temporary for 6 months, with flexible, part time hours, and hybrid with a mix of work in office and at home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Navigate customer orders and logistics, with active use of our order management system (Indigo8) and Shopify.
- Ensure regular contact with the warehouse to resolve shipment issues and discrepancies.
- Manage customer returns and exchange requests, management of returns through plugin, Loop.
- Manage the refunds process and action these on a regular basis.
- Managing in-store customer orders, feedback, enquiries and liaising with the store teams on a daily basis.
- Assisting with stock management.
- Provide information about products and promotions, providing product advice and recommendations.
- Seek regular feedback on how processes and systems can be improved develop pro-active solutions to problems across both in-store and online.
- Develop and drive a culture of excellent customer experience and continuous improvement.
- Provide weekly reporting on trends, return rate, customer issues and recommendations for improving services.
- Support to eCommerce/Digital and Brand teams when required.
