**About Us**

We are specialists in permanent, contract, and labour-hire recruitment. With offices in Sydney and Newcastle, we recruit across Manufacturing and Operations with a strong focus on contract and labour hire recruitment.

Over the past 6 years, we've worked with and coached more than 15 grads, and novices, some of who are now Senior Consultants, and others that have moved into BDM roles, Internal Talent and Resourcing roles, the FinTech space, and even Speech Pathology.

**Graduate Corporate Sales Roles**

These roles require no experience or previous exposure to the industry. In order to be successful, the traits you will need as a foundation are:

- Degree qualified preferred.
- Strong communication skills and at least 2 years of previous sales experience.
- Motivation and drive for success.
- The ability to think logically.
- Passion for results.
- Confidence.
- The ability to build relationships and rapport.
