The successful applicant will need: - Previous experience in coaching/customer care and better still a diploma in coaching - A heartfelt passion for people and a strong value on personal growth - An upbeat personality and a genuine desire to brighten people's day - To be a person that loves to listen to others and ask quality questions - A healthy respect for sales and the ability to lead to a positive outcome - Loads of initiative and the ability to speak up when you see a better way With Business Blueprint® committed to helping as many people as possible, the successful applicant will be trained on how to care for our existing clients and also to maximise opportunities within the business. Then they will be encouraged and supported to complete set tasks, in a timely and professional manner. Some of the responsibilities and daily tasks of a successful applicant will include: - Calling and congratulating new people that join our growth program - Calling and helping existing clients at key times within the year - Following people up after our events to help them with next steps - Identifying possible strategic alliances and managing our processes - Reporting to our General Manager to update them on goals achieved - Stepping up to take on new tasks and attending our events if required Worth noting, Business Blueprint® regularly runs events featuring some of the most successful business owners and entrepreneurs in the country. As part of your role, you’ll be given a complimentary annual membership to Business Blueprint®, which is valued at $14,995. In terms of your salary package, it will be between $75,000-$85,000 (inclusive of Super) and this will be reviewed after 12-months and increased, based on your performance. Added benefits are that you will be escaping the city-bound trudge and the traffic that goes with it. Instead, you will be working in Warriewood, perched in the heart of Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
