Job Description: Human Resources Manager

1. Strategic Development:

- Determine, implement, monitor, review, and evaluate strategies, policies, and human resources management plans to meet business needs.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

- Conduct the entire recruitment process, from creating job advertisements to conducting interviews and selection.

3. Policy and Procedure Development:

- Implement Human Resources policies and procedures aligned with local laws and company needs.

4. Personnel Administration:

- Manage administrative issues related to employees, including onboarding documents, inductions, and other bureaucratic processes.

5. New Employee Orientation:

- Facilitate the integration process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition to the team and organizational culture.

6. Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and coordinate programs for the continuous improvement of employees.

7. Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management systems to plan, evaluate, and enhance individual and team performance.

8. Health, Occupational Safety, and Equal Opportunity:

- Develop and implement health and occupational safety programs, as well as equal employment opportunity programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

9. Cost and Productivity Monitoring:

- Monitor employment costs and productivity levels, providing analyses and recommendations for optimization.

10. Training and Counseling:

- Train and counsel other managers on personnel issues and workplace relations.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
