We are looking for people to join our **Surf Customer Experience Team** at URBNSURF.

Our Surf CX team are responsible for ticketing, retail, equipment hire and guest services.

If you also have a passion for surfing we **definitely** want to hear from you

**Education/Qualifications**: Working with children check (WWC) and Certificate I / Certificate II in Retail Services desirable

**Experience**: Minimum of one-year prior relevant experience in a customer service position. A role that encompassed retail and/or ticketing would be favourable.

As a member of the Surf CX Team you will be part of leading the overall park culture and to ensure a consistent and exemplary customer experience within URBNSURF Melbourne for both our guests and team.

**Pay Guide**:Amusement, Events & Recreation Award - Grade 2 (Casual)
