As a **Service Technician **, you will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs to valves, actuators, and other flow control equipment, as well as understanding, diagnosing faults, and composing digital condition reports based on findings.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Assist Service Technicians and Lead Technicians in diagnosing faults and repairing pneumatic and electro-pneumatic valve control systems.
- Test SRV Manual and Control/ Automated valves and pump equipment within the workshop.
- Carry out small design and fabrication work.
- Lead and complete daily planned activities, to meet Emerson and customer requirements.
- Make recommendations for driving cost reduction initiatives and technology improvements.

**Who You Are**:
You have the ability to provide solutions to customer problems; with the ability to work under pressure. You have strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize to deal with competing demands. You have a flexible proactive attitude and very team oriented, yet able to work with mínimal supervision. Additionally, you will be prepared to travel to client sites, which may require periods away from home.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Extensive experience as a Mechanical Fitter
- Understanding of flow and process control

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Forklift HRW ticket
- HRW Dog-man ticket
- First Aid Certificate
- Driver’s license
