Exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Change Manager in Newcastle, NSW

Hays is currently working with a local organisation with numerous projects in-flight, looking for an experienced Change Manager to join their team.
**Your new role**
Our client is seeking a Change Manager to join a dynamic and innovative team. You will be responsible for leading and facilitating the adoption of new technologies and processes across the organisation. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that the changes are aligned with the business objectives and delivered in a timely and effective manner.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to identify the needs and expectations of the affected groups
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee engagement and minimise resistance
- Design and deliver change communication and training activities that enhance user awareness and readiness
- Monitor and evaluate the change outcomes and benefits, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Manage change risks and issues, and escalate them as appropriate
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Substantial experience in change management, preferably in a SaaS or digital environment
- Proficiency in agile project methodology and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to navigate complexity and adapt to evolving project landscapes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of initiative, creativity, and collaboration
