**Ventia’s Group Supply Chain -** **Enablement team** is seeking a **Compliance - Contracts Officer** to join the VisRes Central Contracts team. This person will work with multiple project stakeholders to support subcontractor agreement governance and commercial on-boarding compliance required by Ventia’s relevant business standards using Ventia’s internal compliance management system - VisRes.- The VisRes Central Contracts team prepares, maintains and has oversight of project bespoke subcontract documentation (for those Ventia projects using VisRes).**You will also be responsible for**:

- Help drive business standards subcontractor on-boarding commercial compliance and values
- Escalate issues to Sentry Manager as required
- Support other members of the Central Contracts team
- Support and advise project and corporate teams on subcontractor commercial on-boarding
- Maintain suite of Legal approved downstream project agreement master templates
- Assist project teams to manage and settle acceptable subcontract terms and conditions ‘push-backs’ and prepare subcontractor specific executable agreements (as required basis)
- Interface with VisRes Support team (SHEQ compliance)
- Share learnings and business improvement initiatives
- Proactively respond to business operational imperatives

**About You**
- You will be an experienced in a similar role ideally coming from a multifaceted organisation accompanied with:

- Established legal drafting skills with sound knowledge of contract law.
- Relationship management - our customers are our project teams
- Relevant experience in office environment; word excel etc
- SharePoint site administration (advantageous)
- Use of Adobe Acrobat Sign (E-Sign) (training will be provided)
