As an integral part of our growing General Insurance business this opportunity will challenge you to make a real difference.- We are looking for a Pricing Actuary to join our General Insurance Pricing & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving underwriting profit and meeting growth/profit objectives of specific Zurich products by providing pricing and underwriting advice and management information on portfolio performance. This role will see you provide recommendations to Portfolio Managers on pricing based on detailed investigations to develop and maintain a sound rating structure and identify more profitable segments of each portfolio.- Important to your success- Ideally you will be recently qualified or someone with with 4-7 years of experience in the General Insurance industry
- Pricing experience preferred
- You will have excellent communication and analytical skills
- Have the ability to work effectively with others, manage multiple projects simultaneously and the ability to relate technical problems back to a business context to solve the problem at hand
- Experienced in using Excel and SAS are a must
- GI Commercial Lines experience preferred but not essential
