- Let’s talk about you:
- As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes_- Demonstrated experience with management of CX programs and survey mechanisms including VoC, NPS, CSAT-
- Ability to create personas and journey maps for customer segments-
- Creation and presentation of CX content for internal and external audiences-
- Ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights and actions-
- An understanding of the telco or related industries-
- Also, a demonstrated ability to:- Solve problems and think like a leader-
- Work independently and as part of a team-
- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations-
- Exceptional personal organisation skills & strong attention to detail-
- Excellent verbal and written communications skillsHow will you support our “Why?”- Manage and monitor CX survey processes, systems, and customer touch points-
- Create customer journey maps-
- Identify opportunities, recommend change and manage implementation of improvements and new capabilitiesDesign and conduct CX workshops and focus groups to obtain insights from go to market segments-
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on issues associated with the success of CX projects and improvements-
- Report on relevant data to inform ongoing CX decisions and ensure best practice-
