About the role
This role will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, as well as managing helpdesk, maintenance requests and development schedules, including documenting and communicating changes to users.
About you
To be successful in this role you will need to provide excellent contract management and customer service, to ensure that key stakeholders and end-users are satisfied with the product, and Sustainability Victoria (SV) is meeting contractual obligations and service levels.
This position requires a valid Working with Children Check or VIT registration.
