**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a diverse team of subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Coordinate daily activities, including materials, equipment, schedules, and safety measures for employees and the general public
- Serve as the primary liaison between the client and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that arise
- Contribute to the development of project instructions, utilising your expertise and experience
- Foster open lines of communication with superiors and subordinates, promoting collaboration and effective teamwork

**Key Requirements**:

- Trade qualification as a Carpenter, showcasing your technical expertise
- Experience working on commercial or industrial new build projects
- Minimum of 5 years of local experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman
- Strong management skills
- Highly knowledgeable in occupational health and safety practices
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to ensure project milestones are met
- Effective problem-solving skills and conflict management capabilities
- Commitment to delivering exceptional quality and meticulous attention to detail
