We are looking for dynamic Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our team. We take pride in our customer service, so being passionate about customer service is a must.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- The smooth running of the bar and floor
- Ensuring the venue is ready for service
- Bookings management
- Leading and delegating to a small team of 4-6 people
- Providing high quality and casual service
- Cash handling and cash ups
- RSA responsibility

**Experience**
- 1-2 years in a position of management
- Open and close experience
- Minimum 2 years bar experience
- Basic stock management experience
- Basic roster experience

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 2 years (preferred)
