**The opportunity**

Due to an internal movement, the Officer, Connections and Technical Services is now available Are you looking to broaden your customer service skills, and build your technical knowledge, then this role may be for you

**Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain customer files as required.
- Assist in the achievement of the business and teams’ daily targets.
- Promote and adhere to Greater Western Water’s Customer Service standards, principles, and policies.
- Work with Metering Services and Backflow team to continually improve the processes to ensure optimal accuracy of data.

**Skills & Experience**
- Great communications skills both written and verbal, with a confident ability in conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving.
- Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to set policies, procedures & practices.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to work effectively with a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to achieve timely and accurate outputs.
