**The opportunity**

We're looking for a Team Leader to guide our Simple Plumbing Applications team. In this role, you'll ensure smooth daily operation, create a supportive and positive work environment, and help deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers. You'll serve as the point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and work closely with your team to maintain clear and effective communication with both customers and stakeholders.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead & Support - Provide clear, constructive feedback and foster a sense of accountability within your team. You'll ensure everyone is aligned with our organizational priorities and committed to delivering excellent service.
- Boost Performance - Champion a performance culture by promoting development and smart resource management to meet service targets and business & customer outcomes
- Build Relationships - Develop and maintain strong connections with stakeholders. Enhance the customer experience by promptly addressing any issues and ensuring concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Grow with us - Embrace opportunities for continuous learning and implement improvement changes that will deliver better outcomes for our people and customers.

**We are looking for**:

- Proven Leadership - A track record of successfully developing, leading, and motivating a team while consistently delivering results.
- Stakeholder Experience - Experience working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Tech Savvy - Comfortable using Microsoft Office suite and other standard computer tools
- Excellent Communication - Clear and effective communication—whether written or verbal—is key.
- Industry Knowledge - A solid grasp of how plumbing, metering, and connections work. A qualification in Plumbing or Engineering is a plus, but relevant experience is just as valuable.
