**About the role**

We’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Brand Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to our Brand team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Brand, you'll work with agency partners and internal stakeholders across the organisation to help deliver our brand initiatives.

Day to day, you'll:

- Support the Brand Specialist and Marketing Manager, Brand on projects as needed.
- Keep an eye on our Brand inbox and make sure requests get to the right people.
- Help out with merchandise orders when our teams need them.
- Set up photo shoots for staff headshots.
- Handle project administration (like getting estimates approved and taking meeting notes).
- Pitch in with member events when things get busy.

This role is **permanent** opportunity based in Brisbane.
