This is a brand-new role, in a newly established corporate Centre-of-Excellence. Sitting within the People & Culture team, your new role will be primarily responsible for implementing Diversity and Inclusion initiatives across the organisation to ensure they are creating a more diverse and inclusive workplace. You will also have the opportunity to lead engagement, culture and employee experience projects.

This is a high-profile role will ensure a deep education empowering our employees and leaders to drive culture, create trust and embrace belonging and inclusion.

Working hands-on, end-to-end program development, reviewing and upgrading existing programs, as well as doing an entire build of new programs across this large complex multi-site commercial and highly successful organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Background in Organisational Development/Diversity with specific experience in the design and execution of Diversity initiatives;
- Experience in working within a unionised, blue collar environment;
- Superior consulting skills with the ability to see strategy through to execution;
- Ability to influence through others - getting buy in across all levels;
- Commercial thinking & acumen;
- Exceptional stakeholder management/relationship building skills;
- Solid project management skills;
- Impact & presence - able to make a positive impact that brings respect and credibility across all levels of the business;
- Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources or a related discipline.
