Based in Metricon Head office in Mt Waverley.

Reporting to the General Manager, MetInvest, your responsibilities will include:

- Prepare and coordinate house and land packages and administration for MetInvest
- Administer marketing materials to selling agents
- Coordinate contracts with BDMs and external sales agents
- Prepare relevant internal sales paperwork for BDMs and Accounts
- Assist in developing new more efficient processes
- Administrative support and projects as nominated by General Manager.

- Experience within a similar role supporting a sales team
- Ability to set priorities and co-ordinate available time and resources for maximum effectiveness
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, questioning and probing)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Intermediate PC skills including: Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of BusinessCraft is preferred but not essential
- Motivated in achieving quality results
