ABOUT THE ROLE

The national finance team in Redfern are looking to bring National Revenue Billings & Collections Officer who will be responsible for providing the Revenue Accounting Processes for the organisation. The role requires close interaction with the broader Teams of the organisation, enabling the organisation to achieve effective Billings, Collections & Receipting functions.

Reporting to the Account Receivable Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic team with an accountability and ownership in responsibility to maintain customer relationships, manage billings & invoicing, customer reconciliations, and supporting the team to maintain and manage transparent and accountable revenue financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the development, continuance and implementation of effective systems and processes for managing Billings & Collections within Shared Service
- Work collaboratively with managers, Business Partners & Personnel Officers to determine priorities and develop integrated solutions that deliver key outcomes
- Understand complex billing processes and effectively resolve complex customer enquiries and manage monthly Aged Trial Balance reporting and Collection analysis

ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 2 years’ Experience in similar role
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge across Billings & Collections practices
- Proven experience in engaging with and managing the expectations of stakeholder groups at all levels
- Intermediate in Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Technology One system experience preferred.
