Job Description Summary

Based in Adelaide, we have an exciting opportunity for a HSEQ Manager to join our SA Water service delivery leadership team
About the Role

The HSEQ Manager will lead the HSEQ team and work collaboratively with our wider SA Water service delivery team in providing a safe working environment. In this role, you will provide specialist HSEQ leadership in order to implement the HSEQ systems and processes that assist the delivery of industry leading HSEQ outcomes for Service Stream and our client, SA Water.

The role supports the project team in the development, implementation, measuring, evaluation, and reporting of compliance with HSEQ Management Systems. The role also supports the contract in the conduct of HSEQ improvement activities, and actively promote Service Stream values and behavioural expectations through visible leadership with field-based activities.

To this end, you will lead and coach management and workers developing their skills and continually improving the company's risk management capability, participate in the identification, assessment, and controls of HSE risk, and where required ensure identified HSE risks are elevated to the appropriate level of management for action.

About You
- Demonstrated experience working in a HSEQ Leadership role across a national business
- Diploma in WHS or equivalent is advantageous
- Strong skills in auditing and investigation
- A current driver’s license
- Ability to develop partnerships with a range of stakeholders including senior management, staff, clients, regulatory bodies and the community
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Advanced skills with the MS Office suite of software
