We are looking for a Trade Assistant to join a Renewable Energy Technology Company in Bayswater, Victoria. We are looking for a Trade Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in the same or similar role. This is a permanent full-time role with Monday-Friday working days and an attractive salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum plus super.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Equipment mounting (measuring, drilling, fixing)
- Install cable ducts
- General control cabling (building wire, cutting stripping, numbering)
- General production/assembly work
- Quality control
- Soldering
- Mechanical assembly
- Picking and packing of stock (general warehouse duties)
- Promoting and maintaining a clean work environment
- Report any quality, safety and environmental incident or hazards to the relevant manager or supervisor
- A current forklift license
- A current driver’s licence and reliable car
- Have experience in an assembly role and warehouse environment
- Have a high level of competency using hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a team as well as unsupervised and meet daily output targets
- Must be fit for manual lifting
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret written work instructions and diagrams
- Be reliable and punctual
