**Position details**:
We are seeking a highly motivated hospitality professional who is after a fantastic opportunity in a well established bustling venue.
- Full-time hours are required to complete the requirements of the position. You may be required to work on any day of the week, including nights, split shifts, and public holidays (38 hours).
- You need to have first class customer service with the ability to handle any customer issues and solve them quickly, professionally, and effectively.
- Lead from the front, engaging the team, hands on role in a busy, fast paced hospitality environment
- The ability to work well under pressure, to think clearly, plan well and be a team player.
- Lastly, managing the operational requirements of the hotel on a day-to-day basis and ensuring compliance with the Liquor and Gaming Act in Queensland and other relevant legislation.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Experience in a similar role and industry experience essential.
- Must have current RSA & RSG
- Covid -19 training
- A sound background in food, beverage, and gaming
- Knowledge and previous experience of staff training and staff motivation is ideal.
- Have excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Cash handling and till reconciliation knowledge.
- Ensure that premises are presented immaculately at all times.

**You must have**:

- Current C Class driving licence
- Current police check
