Conexson is now hiring **Disability Support Workers in Alexandra Hills, QLD (4161).**

We are looking for support workers that can work for 2 hours on Wednesdays and Fridays in Alexandra Hills, QLD. Aside from this shift, there are other locations where shifts are available.

Your role as a Disability Support Worker (DSW) revolves around providing personalized care and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting clients with daily activities, personal care, implementing individualized care plans, promoting independence, and maintaining accurate documentation.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly rate starts at **$34.00 plus superannuation** (depends on experience and qualifications)

- Be assigned to longer and ongoing shifts after consistently taking short shifts.
- Pay rates can be negotiated at a higher pay rate within 3 mons - 6 mons.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proficient in manual handling techniques
- Having PEG feeding expertise is a plus.
- Possession of a NDIS Screening Check or Yellow Card
- Valid Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Paid Experience
- Proof of Working Rights (AU Birth Certificate/Passport or International Passport)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $72.56 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 20 per week
