We are currently seeking a Mine Geologist who will play a crucial role in the planning, organising and executing of daily geological activities at our Woodie Manganese Operations.
**Description**:

- Geological mapping and interpretations.
- Ore reconciliations as a part of end of month and end of pit production reporting;
- Close liaison with mining personnel to ensure smooth and efficient mining activities;
- Creating Short Term Geology model.
- Periodic planning and supervision of grade control functions across various pits (RCGC)
- Supervision of Pit Technicians.
- Adopting a proactive approach to site safety procedures.

The successful applicant will have the following skills, qualifications & experience:

- Proven experience working in an Open-Pit Mine Geology site based role;
- Tertiary qualifications specifically relating to Geology/Earth Science
- Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures.
- National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months).
- Proof of vaccination (Covid-19 Digital certificate PDF document issued by the Australian Government).
- Manual C class drivers’ license.
