Geelong Grammar School currently has an exciting opportunity for a Design Officer to play a lead role supporting the design and production of a broad range of printed and digital materials at our Corio Campus. This is a full-time leave replacement role to commence 28 January 2025 to 2 May 2025.

**About the role**

The Design Officer will:

- Design and produce communication material for external audiences including advertisements, prospectus, handbooks, fliers, brochures.
- Design and produce School community publications, event invitations and collateral.
- Liaise regularly with external suppliers including printers, photographers/videographers and advertising consultants.
- Coordinate the design and production of campus yearbooks, as required.
- Assist with the design and development of digital platforms and communications

**About you**

This opportunity will suit an experienced Design Officer with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience, or an understanding of the education environment will be highly regarded.
