The Manager, Environment and Stakeholder is a senior role in the development team and is responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of robust and authentic community and stakeholder engagement strategies that enhance project outcomes and the reputation of the business as well as ensuring that our approach to environmental approvals achieves business outcomes. The role will also lead a fantastic team of 5 (4 direct reports) responsible for:

- securing environmental approvals for new projects along with ensuring compliance with approvals across all development and operational assets in the portfolio; and
- securing land access arrangements on acceptable terms for new projects including ongoing effective management and engagement with these key stakeholders.

Strong leadership capability and commercial acumen are essential along with a genuine passion for stakeholder engagement.

**Your Background**
- Leading effective and meaningful interaction with key project stakeholders at all stages of project lifecycle as required
- Experience in preparing and implementing strategic plans for stakeholder consultation and relationship management
- You have led a team responsible for providing advice and managing the strategy for environmental pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for new development projects, optimisations or renewals
- Management and implementation of agreements with affected parties to obtain necessary environmental approvals for renewable developments including community funds and benefit sharing schemes.
- Monitoring and oversight of the environmental planning and regulatory environment to appropriately manage and influence outcomes to reduce business risk.
