A newly created position, you will act as the main point of contact for employee queries on HR related topics and manage all HR administration tasks. The first 3 - 6 months of this position will play a pivotal role in the implementation of our new HRIS (HiBob).
**About the job**
- Project lead and key user for the implementation of the HRIS system (HiBob), being the key conduit between the HiBob team and the Global HR Manager throughout the duration of the implementation
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to map HR process workflows and determine how to best tailor these within the HRIS (HiBob)
- Provide guidance and support to managers on issues relating to employment law, industrial relations, training, recruitment, health and safety, employee grievances, counselling and performance management
- Administer the recruitment process for all vacancies including attraction strategies, recruiting processes, issuing employment contracts and conducting background checks
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation program
- Coordinate the processing of terminations
- Coordinate the performance review process
- Operate as the Subject Matter Expert for the HRIS, maintaining data integrity and providing support to employees navigating the platform
- Conduct regular audits of the HRIS, benefits and/or other HR programs and make recommendations for any corrective actions
**About you**
- Previous experience with an HRIS implementation would be highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or similar field
- At least 3 years’ experience as a HR Coordinator/HR Advisor or similar role
- Deep understanding of HR functions, best practices and general HR policies and procedures
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and modern Awards
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite or related software at an intermediate level (minimum)
- Ability to use, or prior experience with, an HRIS or talent management system
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
