**The Opportunity**
Join our experienced in-house Property, Contracts and Procurement team, delivering all things facilities coordination to our people and tenants. Our Property, Contracts and Facilities team members handle all building and vehicle fleet-related items for the organisation. This includes requests via the Maintenance Portal, coordinating the distribution and review of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, and assisting our Facilities Project Manager with Project Scope of Works and Business Case proposals, including presentations of Project Works-in Progress and Project Completion tasks among many other facility-related activity.

**You will make a difference by**
- Acting as the first point of call to clinical and fleet maintenance requests received from staff and tenants, including administration of the Maintenance Management System Portal
- Supporting the facilitation of security, access and space management systems
**To succeed, you will need**
- Knowledge of and experience with maintenance administration documents
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated commitment to the highest levels of customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to deal with unexpected demands, meet targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant clinical equipment typically used in dental and GP clinics and associated maintenance standards (Desirable)
