**What's so exciting about this role?**

As an integral member of our Seller Success Team, you will provide the highest level of support to our merchant partners and sales team, while also liaising closely with other departments across the business. Overall, you will be supporting the business operationally to meet merchant needs and grow sales as a key point of contact for merchant enquiries, service and sales related tasks. This is a full-time role, based in our Adelaide CBD office.

**What Does An Average Day Look Like?**

No day is average at **humm **but here’s an idea of what you can expect to do in this role:

- Managing merchant queries and first call resolution;
- Set up new retailers in our systems & maintain information for our existing retailer data base
- Set up and update Promotions and Campaigns as directed by the business
- Liaising and working closely with other departments to reach the required outcome
