Our head office is located in WA where 280 people work in various departments and there are opportunities outside of this for your future career growth.

We have a clearly articulated vision and game plan underpinned by an accountable and collaborative culture. Our high performing and driven sales team is looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to impact and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans in the East Coast. We already have the best people in Queensland, and New South Wales and looking to add another member to the team in Victoria. This role reports into the Field Sales Manager - East Coast who is based in Sydney.

**Who are you? You know how to**:

- Maintain strong, strategic and key relationships.
- Proactively identify, generate and qualify leads,
- Collaborate with end users, key stakeholders, external partners, and internal sales and marketing team members to deliver sales opportunities.
- Grow, manage and maintain a CRM database.
- Get the most out of a territory and develop, execute and deliver to a sales/territory plan.
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Accurately record and report on sales activities and outcomes.
- Professionally represent the company day to day as well as at various promotional and networking events if and when required.

**What are we looking for?**
- a minimum FMCG sales experience of 3+ years with a proven track record of success
- a proven sales history and success in growing and sourcing new business
- experience managing your own assigned sales territory
- a natural ability to network, build rapport, grow and maintain relationships (internally and externally)
- you’re highly motivated, autonomous and goal orientated
- you have exceptional presentation and communication skills
- you have excellent organisation, planning and administrative skills
- a sound understanding of the FMCG sector would be advantageous
- degree of flexibility to meet customer expectations with assisting marketing initiatives such as sampling and product demonstrations at various events.
