**ABOUT THE COMPANY** Lotus People are delighted to be assisting in the recruit of a temporary HR Administrator for a leading international retail brand. This business is well known in their space and have a fantastic name in the market. With Offices in Brisbane, south of the river, they are a leader in their field and have an excellent reputation. With a genuine, supportive, friendly team environment.

**ABOUT THE ROLE** This is a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to extend. You will be joining a team of 3 across Australia, who work closely together to divide and conquer all aspects of the role and leverage off each other’s strengths. Covering recruitment, onboarding & more, this position is a super varied role that will keep you busy. Be part of a truly close team who are extremely supportive and collaborative and can offer exposure to a generalist workload, hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 from home although can also be office based more if this is a preference.

**DUTIES**
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment for internal hires
- Create and maintain files for all new and existing employees
- Manage new starters administration and onboarding packs
- Maintain and update database
- Manage HR inbox and respond to general queries
- Assist with project coordination
- Monthly reporting and invoicing tasks as required

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- HR Administrator experience is desired
- Keen eye for detail and a helpful attitude

**SUMMARY **Essentially, we are looking for an administration professional who has had exposure working in a HR team, someone who is keen to assist on a temporary basis for this reputable brand. You will be a strong administrator, who is tech savvy and able to work well in a team. You will be immediately available and have an outstanding attitude towards your work efforts, with an understanding of time and detail.
