What will your day look like?
This exciting opportunity is available to join the Deposits Simplification squads as a Journey Expert.
The purpose of the Deposits Simplification squads is to help customers achieve their goals by migrating them to products that better support the ways they save, use and manage their money. We use design excellence to reimagine product decommissioning and iterate capabilities that will accelerate preparations for the future, while retaining customer value and reducing the costs and risks associated with grandfathered products.
As a Journey Expert, you will be responsible for optimising existing end-to-end customer journeys and delivering on squad goals to co-create, design, implement, measure, and improve Deposit
What will you bring?

But back to some of the skills
- Deposits Product Management and/or decommissioning experience - preferred but not essential
Business analysis skills and/or related project delivery experience, including analysis and elicitation techniques and the ability to define requirements in complex and challenging business environment.
Knowledge and experience of process mapping/analysis tools and techniques.
Ability to develop training materials, document procedure guides, update collaterals and write communication.
Ability to manage implementation and monitor pilot/roll out activities.
Strong willingness to learn and be immersed in ANZ’s Ways of Working.
Comprehensive understanding of a range of problem-solving techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability.
A “can do” attitude and a desire to explore customer needs in a data-driven way, develop and implement innovative solutions, test the outcomes, and iterate.
A strong execution mindset and ability to deliver quality outputs within required timeframes.
