About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce that due to company growth, we are seeking talented and driven Security Officers to join our team. Our officers are highly motivated and take pride in delivering high quality, professional and customer focused services.

**Fixed - Rotating Roster**:
**Monday**: 10am - 8pm

**Tuesday**: 6am - 12pm

**Wednesday**: 6am - 12pm

**Thursday**: 6am - 12pm

**Sunday**: 10am - 8pm

**Description**:
**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Prior experience leading a medium to large corporate security team.
- Control Room Accreditation preferred but not essential
- Good written and verbal communication skills is a must.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- A strong customer service focus
- Cert IV in Security Risk Management or equivalent tertiary will be highly regarded
- Good internal & external stakeholder management skills will be required to liaise with tenant, property manager/ owner, VICPOL, etc.
- Must have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Full working rights
