Energy Plus Australia is a professional residential and commercial solar retailer servicing QLD, NSW and TAS.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive sales in the Hobart area. An opportunity exists to establish a small team of D2D consultants.

We will also provide confirmed in home appointments for you to attend and close.

Responsibilities Include :

  • Recruit and mentor a team of sales consultants to target Hobart, Launceston and surrounding areas.
  • Attend in home sales consultations.
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities - self generated sales.
  • Follow up on sales appointments and results.
  • Ensure professional, ethical and compliant selling techniques.
  • Lead by example and take charge of your own sales territory.

The successful applicant must have the following :

  • Experience in solar sales.
  • A professional and committed approach to help grow the business.
  • A positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

We provide :

  • Uncapped sales commissions paid weekly. Our consultants are paid $5k - $8k commissions per week.
  • Weekly advance on sales commissions also on offer.
  • Professional marketing materials with industry best products.
  • Company support including consistent inbound leads, network of installation teams and after sales customer service.
